Time Avenue sell branded original watches through Watch Boutiques, online stores in India and deliver the product from its boutique in India.

Your access and use of the website www.timeavenue.com is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept without limitation or qualification, following Terms of Use Agreement.

1. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

The Time Avenue Pvt. Ltd. owns the Website. The Time Avenue Pvt. Ltd. owns or has rights to all of the wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, text, videos, soŌware and other content of the Website (Content), and all HTML, CGI and other code and scripts in any format used to implement the Website (Code). The Content and Code of the Website are protected by copyright. Except as set forth herein, you may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit, re-publish, display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes, or otherwise distribute any Code or Content from the Website without the prior wriƩen agreement of Time Avenue. You may not use the Content or Code from the Website for any purpose other than those set forth herein.

All names, logos and trademarks which appear on the Website are the property of The Time Avenue Pvt. Ltd. You may not use them in any manner which is likely to cause confusion or in any other way without the prior express wriƩen permission from Time Avenue.

Your failure to comply with this Terms of Use Agreement will constitute breach of contract and will violate Time Avenue ‘s copyright, trademark and other proprietary and intellectual property rights. You may print in hard copy portions of the Website for non-commercial purposes only

2. ORDER PLACEMENT

• By placing an order on www.timeavenue.com, the Website you are entering into a purchase transaction with us.
• To place an order, you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website.
• Each brand has its own terms and condition. On purchase of the watch, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of that particular brand.
• AŌer you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section to complete the transaction.
• In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment related information.
• Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or credit card company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. ThereaŌer your products will be delivered based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS (ONLINE MODE ONLY)

We only accept payment through Razorpay (Payment Gateway Partner). Razorpay allows following online payments (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.) on our websites:

• Visa Master, Maestro card, Other Debit & Credit cards, Net Banking from select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.
• As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

• Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday or at any scheduled time confirmed by the Buyer.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
• Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
• We are not responsible for damage of products aŌer delivery.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery will take 3-7 working days depending upon delivery location. Please note, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays. We will not be responsible for untimely deliveries. During certain specific occasions, the logistics partners may face stress and the delivery can get delayed by a few days. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof or OTP on the number provided at the time of order for verification.
• Delivery Charges- Handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. Handling charges are given at the time of check out and it will be displayed about at or before making payments by the Buyer/ Customer.
• Our Shipping partners: Criticalog, BlueDart or any other equivalent delivery partner.
• Order tracking- On your order confirmation and dispatching the order, you will receive a SMS & Email with tracking URL that will show you the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also Email us at info@timeavenue.com or operations@timeavenue.com to track your orders.
• We will try our best to fulfill your order but in some extreme situations we may have to cancel the order from our end, in the event, full refund will be initiated by us to the Buyer within 7 business days.
• You are expected to give/ input correct shipping address on the Website. Our Shipping Partner will make 3 effective aƩempts to deliver the product on given address. ThereaŌer the product will be returned at our boutique address at 78-A, Turner Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050.
• Incorrect Shipping Address- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the additional shipping charges will be applicable and the same may be collected at the time of delivery of product on correct address given thereaŌer, even if your order included free shipping.
• Reshipping requests will incur a reshipping fee.
• If we receive an undelivered package, we will reach out via email and phone requesting correct shipping address or will initiate the refund process.

5. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
(For Online Orders Only)

• No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.
• Time Avenue reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
• Any order can only be cancelled or exchanged before it is shipped (not applicable on end-of-season sales) from www.timeavenue.com. In the case, upon receiving a cancellation request before shipment, www.timeavenue.com will refund the entire amount of purchase aŌer deduction of Credit card charges (CC charges) within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was originally received. In case of an exchange, any extra difference to be paid will be borne by the customer. The exchange policy dose not apply to accessories bought on www.timeavenue.com.
• We do not provide online return support on the Website or any other online forum.
• Damaged or Defective Products: In case you have received a damaged, defective product an incorrect item, or missing accessories, you must intimate us by raising such request on our website or Email us at info@timeavenue.com or operations@timeavenue.com with requisite documents i.e. Original Invoice, Original warranty card, Original documentation and packaging, Unboxing video taken by our representative while you receive the shipment. You Have , to visit our Boutique at 78-A, Turner Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050 without any further delay. Unreasonable delay to return the damaged or Defective product may or may not be accepted by Time Avenue and Time Avenue reserves its exclusive discretion to deal with Damaged or Defective products.
• If the delivery box is completely damaged, refuse the delivery and inform or contact our team at +91 98191 73127, +91 98196 73127 or +91 75060 20500 (Mon-Sat, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm IST) or on our email id – info@timeavenue.com .
• Returns will not be accepted if the barcode tag is removed, tampered with, or altered in any way.
• For Missing Products: To claim missing products, you must indicate a full unboxing video showing the shipping label and all four sides of the box without any cuts taken by our representative while delivering the product. Claims without video will not be accepted.
• Cancellation by Our Team: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to reasons such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, fraud detection, or other issues. You will be notified via email or phone regarding cancellations.
• EXCHANGES: Returns/exchanges for items purchased during sales or promotions are not allowed unless the product is damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged/defective item, you may initiate an exchange request within Two Days by visiting Time Avenue, Luxury Watch Boutique at 78-A, Turner Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050 aŌer receipt of the product with Original Invoice, Original warranty card, Original documentation and packaging, Unboxing video taken by our representative while you receive the shipment.

Time Avenue Pvt. Ltd. (We) are commiƩed to the compliance of applicable Privacy Laws in the country where our products are distributed. Protecting the privacy and security of your personal data is of prime importance to us, therefore, we conduct our business by abiding by the laws applicable on data privacy and data security in the country where our product is distributed to you. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about personal data that is collected from you, how your personal data may be used and disclosed, how you can control the use of your personal data, and how your personal data is protected when you use our website or the Website developed by a third party for Time Avenue. We do not sell trade your personally identifiable information; however, we may share the same with third parties who assist us in conducting our business, operating our website/Website, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
