Time Avenue sell branded original watches through Watch Boutiques, online stores in India and deliver the product from its boutique in India. By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept without limitation or qualification, following Terms of Use Agreement.

Ltd. owns or has rights to all of the wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, text, videos, software and other content of the Website (Content), and all HTML, CGI and other code and scripts in any format used to implement the Website (Code). The Content and Code of the Website are protected by copyright. 2. ORDER PLACEMENT

• By placing an order on www.timeavenue.com, the Website you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with us.
• Your invoice and associated narration on other related documents such as credit card or debit card. In case of third-party statements including bank and credit card statement the merchant’s name may appear in an abbreviated format.
• To place an order, you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative.
• By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website.
• Each brand has its own terms and condition. On purchase of the watch, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of that particular brand.
• After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section to complete the transaction.
• In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment related information.
• Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or credit card company.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS (ONLINE MODE ONLY)

We only accept payment through Razorpay (Payment Gateway Partner). Razorpay allows following online payments (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.) on our websites:

• Visa Master, Maestro card, Other Debit & Credit cards, Net Banking from select banks in India.
• You will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

• Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies.
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery will take 3-7 working days depending upon delivery location.
• Delivery Charges will be displayed at or before checkout.
• Order tracking details will be sent via SMS & Email.
• Incorrect shipping address may incur additional shipping charges.

5. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• No return, exchange or refund options will be available on the purchase of accessories.
• No refund option will be available due to any price change.
• Orders can only be cancelled or exchanged before shipment.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• All items must be in original condition with original invoice and packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted if barcode tag is removed or tampered.
