The L’Epée 1839 Gekko is an extraordinary Swiss-made mechanical table and wall clock inspired by one of nature’s most fascinating creatures. Designed as a sculptural work of art, it features an openworked skeleton dial integrated into the gecko’s back and is powered by L’Epée 1839’s in-house mechanical movement with an impressive 8-day power reserve. The clock is uniquely wound by moving the gecko’s tail from side to side, while the time is set using a dedicated key. Crafted from stainless steel, brass, and lacquered elements with hand-finished details, the Gekko can be displayed in 11 different positions—10 wall-mounted orientations and one tabletop position. Produced in a limited edition of 99 pieces, it is a remarkable collector’s piece that combines innovative engineering, artistic craftsmanship, and Swiss horological excellence.
